Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates set out by HM Customs & Excise. We reserve the right to change the VAT rate as required by law.
Our prices are reviewed periodically. Any prices shown on the Website are current for the product at the time of viewing and may be subject to change at the discretion of Parento Ltd.
Orders
Acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
We may refuse to accept an order:
- where goods are not available
- where we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
- if there has been a pricing or product description error
Delivery
Unless otherwise informed Parento Ltd will always try to ship your goods within three working days of receipt of order and should arrive within a week. Some items may be sent via Royal Mail, but we may request larger parcels to be delivered by courier. In this instance customers will be contacted by the courier and notified of a delivery date. If you require a very speedy delivery, please contact us with details of your order by phone and we will endeavour to meet your request.
Wrong Delivery address inputted
Should you input your address or postcode incorrectly and your items are delivered and signed for at an incorrect address there is nothing Parento Ltd can do to help you. Parento Ltd will not be responsible for any losses you may incur as a result of this error.
Cancellations
You the consumer have the right to cancel your order at any time leading up to the time of shipping. If however you order has left our premises we can no longer cancel it. Please then see information regarding Returns.
Returns & Refunds

Many products we offer have repair procedures or customer service assistance that you can receive free of charge within guarantee periods.
If you are requesting to return your item due to a fault, that is then confirmed faulty, on us receiving the goods, a full refund of the item and postage will be given.
If you are requesting to return your item due to no longer requiring the goods, Parento Ltd need to receive notice of this within 7 days of purchasing, and all items must be in a re-saleable condition in original packaging. A refund of the product only, will then be given at the discretion of Parento Ltd.
If you are requesting to return a product that you are not satisfied with, Parento Ltd need to receive notice of this within 7 days of purchasing, with a reasonable explanation as to why you are not satisfied. Where a returned item was originally part of a special bundle discount, a percentage amount relevant to that item in the bundle will be refunded, as calculated by Parento Ltd.
